Acts as an antiseptic: Apply by dabbing onto the skin to treat bacterial and fungal infections, and wounds, and relieve insect bites. When added to a bath, it can provide relief for cystitis. Eucalyptus can also be used as an effective spray to freshen up sick rooms.
Eases aches and pains: To loosen tight, tense muscles and warm up the joints add eucalyptus essential oil to balm or ointment.
Improves focus: Eucalyptus has the ability to invigorate the mind, soothe headaches and enhance focus and attention.
Tones skin: A couple of drops of eucalyptus essential oil to a facial steam will help deep clean and tone oily or acne-prone skin.
Basil, Cajeput, Cedarwood, Citronella, Cyprus, Ginger, Juniper, Lavender, Lemon, Myrtle, Frankincense, Peppermint, Spearmint and Tea Tree.
For a subtle scent, add 3-5 drops of eucalyptus essential oil to room-temperature water in your oil diffuser or oil burner. For an intense aroma, simply increase the number of drops you use.
